Military Tribunal of the Supreme Court of the DPR: sentence for espionage

On December 22, 2017 the Military Tribunal as the Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic considered in a closed court session a criminal case on charges against a Ukrainian citizen N., born in 1979, in committing a crime under Art. 321 of the Criminal Code of the Donetsk People's Republic.
