On October 30, 2017, the Military Tribunal, as the Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic, convicted citizen B., born in 1974, of committing crimes under part 3 of article 29 (Preparing for a crime and attempting a crime) and article 321 (Espionage) of the Criminal Code of the Donetsk People's Republic, and decided to impose a penalty in the form of 10 years of imprisonment in a strict-regime correctional colony.
Citizen R., who murdered two women, was convicted by the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic and sentenced to life imprisonment.
