On December 11, 2017, the Military Tribunal as the Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic has examined in a closed hearing a criminal case against a Ukrainian citizen B. over a crime under Art. 321 of the Criminal Code of the Donetsk People's Republic (Espionage). Consequently the citizen B. was found guilty and was sentenced to 17 years imprisonment in a colony of general regime.
From September 2016 till February 2017 citizen B. had been carrying out espionage activities in the territory of the DPR. Fulfilling the tasks of the foreign intelligence service, she photographed and passed photographs and other data, such as the location of public and state organizations of the Donetsk People's Republic, as well as the place of residence of the military personnel of the DPR army, to agents of the foreign intelligence organization.
