The same is observed in publications concerning other branches of power of the Donetsk People's Republic.
The Press Service of the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic draws the attention of the readers of "Moskovskiy Komsomolets" to the apparent tendency of the media to provide distorted information, if not direct misinformation of the reader, publication of unverified information. This practice directly contradicts the ethical norms of journalism and Russian legislation.
In connection with the aforementioned, the Press Service of the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic requires of closed company "Editorial office of Moskovskiy Komsomolets" to publish refutations on this case of distribution of false information, and further recommends to keep within the article 51 of the RF Law No. 2124-1 of 12/27/1991 (as amended on 07/03/2016) "On the Mass Media".
