According to operational statistics on the work of the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic during the period from January to May 2018, the Arbitration Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic has registered 328 cases under cassational procedure.
As of May 31, 2018, the Military Field Court of the Donetsk People's Republic has:
registered 77 criminal cases against 109 persons, including 78 held in custody, of which 2 criminal cases over compulsory measures of medical character against 2 persons held in custody. In 2018 there have been registered 25 criminal cases against 39 persons, of them against 23 held in custody.
In May 2018, courts of the Donetsk People’s Republic registered 7,835 court cases and materials.
