On May 17 and 21, 2018, in the Arbitration Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic, located at 17 50th Gvardeyskoy Divizii St, Donetsk, 283052, within the framework of the interdepartmental working group on the joint working-out of an article-by-article commentary on the Criminal Code of the Donetsk People's Republic, a round table was held, at which the draft article-by-article commentary on chapters 17 and 25 of the Criminal Code of the Donetsk People's Republic was discussed.
The round table meeting was attended by representatives of the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic, the General Prosecutor's Office of the Donetsk People's Republic, and the Ministry of Justice of the Donetsk People's Republic.
Upon this roundtable, it was decided to finalize the draft article-by-article commentary on Chapters 17 and 25 of the Criminal Code of the Donetsk People's Republic.
The next round table meeting, at which the draft article-by-article commentary on Chapters 2 and 22 of the Criminal Code of the Donetsk People's Republic will be discussed, will be held on June 11, 2018, at 3 p.m.
