On May 22, 2018, in the Arbitration Chamber of the Supreme Court of Donetsk People’s Republic, located at 283052, Donetsk, 50 Guards Division, 17 St., within the framework of the interdepartmental working group on uniform application of legislation and law enforcement in resolving issues arising in joint activities in implementing the legislative acts of the Donetsk People's Republic, as well as legislative acts of Ukraine in force during the transitional period, a round table meeting was held "On the issues of drafting the Family Code of the Donetsk People's Republic."
The round table was attended by representatives of the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic, the General Prosecutor's Office of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Ministry of Justice of the Donetsk People's Republic, the State Service for Family and Children Affairs of the Donetsk People's Republic.
Upon this round table, the proposals of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy of the Donetsk People's Republic, Art. 152- 197 of the draft Family Code of the Donetsk People's Republic were discussed. It was also decided to further develop Section VIII of this draft.
