On May 15, 2018 there was held a regular meeting of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic.
According to the agenda of the meeting of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic, 50 issues were considered.
In particular, procedural decisions were taken on 19 civil, 11 arbitration and 13 criminal cases on protests in the order of supervision, which were brought by the acting Prosecutor General of the Donetsk People's Republic and the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic, and on dismissal of review in the supervisory procedure introduced by the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic.
In addition, there were approved agenda of the seminar sessions with judges of the courts of general jurisdiction and specialized courts of the Donetsk People's Republic.
There were also considered issues of responsibility of judges of the Donetsk People's Republic.
