The Supreme Court delivered decisions on recognizing printed materials as extremist

               On October 27, 2017 the panel of judges of the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic, having examined in an open court hearings the application of the acting Prosecutor General of the Donetsk People's Republic for recognizing information materials as extremist and prohibition of their publication and distribution on the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic, satisfied the application of the General Prosecutor's Office regarding the following publications:

          ·Desionization by Emelyanov V.N. published by  OOO  DIV in Kharkiv, 2005, 320 p.

         ·The blow of the Russian gods by Istarkhov V.A. published by DIV Private Enterprise in Kharkiv, 2007, 480 p.

        ·What does the Bible really teaches us? Published by Wachtturm Bibel- und Traktat-Gesellschaft der Zeugen Jehovas, e. V. Seters/ Taunus, 2015, 224 p.

         ·Good news from God published in Brooklyn, New York: WatchTower Bible and Tract Society of New York, Inc., 2013, 32 p.

 

        The court decision prescribes to take measures to transfer the mentioned literature from open-source funds and information about it from the information systems of the libraries of the Donetsk People's Republic, ensuring the storage of the said literature separately from the main library funds, including limiting access to information contained in this literature by third parties. Interested parties - the Ministry of Justice of the Donetsk People's Republic, Ministry of Culture of the Donetsk People's Republic.
