On 11 June 2018, in the Arbitration Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic, located at 17 50th Gvardeyskoy Divizii St, Donetsk, 283052, within the framework of the interdepartmental working group on the uniform application of legislation and law enforcement in resolving issues arising in joint activities in the implementation of legislative acts of the Donetsk People's Republic, as well as legislative acts of Ukraine in force during the transitional period, a round table on the working-out of a draft of the Family Code of the Donetsk People's Republic was held.
The round table meeting was attended by representatives of the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic, the General Prosecutor's Office of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Ministry of Justice of the Donetsk People's Republic, Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of the Donetsk People's Republic, and the Department of the State Service for Children and Families.
Upon this roundtable, there were discussed proposals concerning Section VIII of the draft of the Family Code of the Donetsk People's Republic submitted by Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of the Donetsk People's Republic, and the Ministry of Justice of the Donetsk People's Republic.
