On June 15, 2018 a regular meeting of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic was held.
According to the agenda of the meeting of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic, 81 issues have been considered.
In particular, procedural judgements were taken on 42 civil, 12 arbitration and 25 criminal cases on appeals in the order of supervision, submitted by the Acting Prosecutor General of the Donetsk People's Republic and the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic, and on submissions of dismissal to review court decisions under supervisory procedure brought by the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic.
Apart from that, there were approved analyzes of the reasons for vocation and change by the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic of rulings on cases of administrative violations during 2017, as well as reasons for vocation and change of court decisions on arbitration cases under cassational and supervisory procedure during 2017.
