On November 13, 2017, the Military Tribunal, as the Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic, examined the case of a resident of Dokuchaevsk, accused G., in a closed court session and found her guilty of committing a crime under Art. 321 of the Criminal Code of the Donetsk People's Republic (Espionage).
During the period from February to March 2015, G., living in the territory of Dokuchaevsk, fulfilled the previously specified by foreign intelligence task to collect and transfer information for using it against the security of the DPR.
The Court sentenced the accused to imprisonment for a period of 10 years, with serving the sentence in a correctional colony of the general regime.
