On 24 January an extraordinary meeting of the Plenary Session of the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People’s Republic took place at the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People’s Republic, which considered agenda items and three plenary rulings were adopted: “On Adoption of the Lists of Members of the Chambers of the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People’s Republic”, “On the Election of Members of the Appellate Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic” and “On the Establishment of the Judicial Board of the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic”.
The draft rulings of the extraordinary Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People’s Republic were resolved unanimously and will be published on the official website of the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
