Any truce that Ukraine offers lasts 4 hours at the most. Today, on August 10, Head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko commented on Ukraine’s compliance with the “grain truce” and the possibility of its renewal at the beginning of the academic year, according to a correspondent of the official website of the DPR.
“The name “grain truce” was invented by the Ukrainian side. Experience has proven that any truce, whatever you call it, lasts 4 hours at best. After that, the war begins again, which has been lasting for several years,” Alexander Zakharchenko said.
He also noted that despite the shelling by the AFU, more than 40% of the harvest had been gathered in the Republic as of today. And despite the dry weather, according to the forecasts of the DPR Ministry of Agro-Industrial Policy and Food, the harvest will be gathered entirely.
